Assistant	Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from Any Recognized University
Stenographer Grade-C	Class 12th (10+2) from a recognized Board or University. English/Hindi Shorthand Speed: 100 WPM The skill of Data Entry and Word Processing in the computer.
Stenographer Grade-D	Class 12th (10+2) from a recognized Board or University. Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 Mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 65 Mts (English)  & 75 Mts (Hindi On Manual Typewriter) Or Computer Typing: 50 Mts (English) & 65 Mts (Hindi On Manual Typewriter)
Data Entry Operator	Class 12th (10+2) from a recognized Board or University. 5000 Key Depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
Lower Division Clerk	Class 12th (10+2) from a recognized Board or University. Computer typing speed: 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi (10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 Key Depressions for each word). Knowledge of working on the computer. Skill Test Norms only on computers
