Based on the Candidates Category wise the Application Fee is issued for Nurse, Driver, Stipendiary Trainee, Scientific Assistant, Pharmacist, Radiography and Other Various Posts.
Medical/Scientific Officer & Technical Officer:
- General (UR) / OBC/ EWS: Rs.500/-
- SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen: Nil
Nurse, Sub-Office, Scientific Assistant, and Stipendiary Trainee Category-I
- General (UR) / OBC/ EWS: Rs.150/-
- SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen: Nil
Pharmacist, Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum-Fireman, and Stipendiary Trainee Category-II
- General (UR)/ OBC/ EWS: Rs.100/-
- SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen: Nil

Educational Qualification
Nurse, Driver, Stipendiary Trainee, Scientific Assistant, Pharmacist, Radiography and Other Various Posts the required Educational Qualification.
Medical/Scientific Officer/E (Nuclear Medicine):
- MS/MD or equivalent (Nuclear Medicine) from a recognized University
- 4 Year Experience
Medical/Scientific Officer/D (Nuclear Medicine):
- MS/MD (Nuclear Medicine) or DNB (Nuclear Medicine) from a recognized University
Technical Officer/D (Nuclear Medicine Technologist):
- Sc. with 60% Marks + DMRIT/ DNMT/ DFIT with 50% marks or M.Sc. (NMT) with 60% Marks
- 4 Years Experience
Nurse/A:
- Class 12th (HSC/10+2) and 3 year Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery
- Registration as Nurse from Central/ State Nursing Council in India
- OR B.Sc. (Nursing)
- OR Nursing ‘A’ Certificate with 3 year’s Experience in Hospital or Nursing Assistant Class III
Sub-Officer/ B:
- Class 12th (HSC/10+2) in Science with Chemistry) or equivalent with 50% marks
- Passed Sub-Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur
- 12 or 15 Years Experience

Scientific Assistant/C (Nuclear Medicine Technologist):
- B.Sc. with 60% marks + DMRIT/ DNMT/ DFIT with 50% marks (Diploma in Medical Radio-Isotope Techniques/ Nuclear Medicine Technology/ Fusion Imaging Technology) with 4 Years Experience.
- OR B.Sc. (NMT) (Nuclear Medicine Technology) with 60% mark with 4 Years Experience.
Scientific Assistant/B (Pathology):
- B.Sc. with 60% marks / Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) with 60% marks.
Scientific Assistant/B (Nuclear Medicine Technologist):
- B.Sc. with 60% marks + DMRIT/ DNMT/ DFIT with 50% marks (Diploma in Medical Radio-Isotope Techniques/ Nuclear Medicine Technology/ Fusion Imaging Technology) OR B.Sc. (NMT) (Nuclear Medicine Technology) with 60% marks
Scientific Assistant/B (Radiography):
- Sc. (Radiography) with minimum 60% marks.
- OR B.Sc. with minimum 50% marks and 1 year Diploma in Radiography
Pharmacist/B:
- Class 12th (HSC/10+2)
- 2 Years Diploma in Pharmacy
- 3 Months Training in Pharmacy
- Valid Registration as Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.
Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum- Fireman/A:
- Class 12th (HSC/10+2) (Science with Chemistry)
- Heavy Vehicle Driving License
- 1 Year Driving Experience
Stipendiary Trainee (Computer Operation) Category-I:
- Diploma in Electronics & Communications / Electronics with 60% Marks
Stipendiary Trainee (Health Physicist) Category-I:
- B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry) with 60% Marks and Maths is mandatory in HSC
Stipendiary Trainee (Laboratory Technician) Category-II:
- Class 12th (HSC/10+2) in Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology subjects) with a minimum 60% marks
Stipendiary Trainee (Dental Technician-Hygienist) Category-II:
- Class 12th (HSC/10+2) in Science with 60% marks
