Educational Qualification

Head Constable, ASI, Constable Posts the required Educational Qualification of BSF Application Form.

Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI):

Class 10th (Matriculation) or equivalent from any Recognized Board
Diploma Course in Draftsmanship (Civil) from Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized University or Institution.

Head Constable (HC):

Class 10th (Matriculation) or equivalent from any Recognized Board
Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate the respective trade.
OR

Three years experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.

Constable (Sewerman):

Class 10th (Matriculation) or equivalent from any Recognized Board
Experience in maintenance of sewerage subject to qualifying proficiency test in the trade.

Constable (Generator Operator/ Generator Mechanic/ Lineman):

Class 10th (Matriculation) or equivalent from any Recognized Board
Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate the respective trade.
