Educational Qualification
Assistant Law Officer / Legal Assistant (Post Code -805/22) Posts against vacancies in respect of various Departments of Government of NCT of Delhi /Autonomous Bodies/Local Bodies the Required Educational Qualification Department Wise.
For DFS, DJB Departments:
- Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.
- One year experience as a Legal Practitioner or one year experience in legal work in a Government Department /Autonomous Bodies /PSU.
- Working knowledge in Hindi.
For DTC Department:
- BA, L.L.B. from a recognized University or equivalent
- One year experience of working with Advocate and enrolled with Bar Council.
- Knowledge (read and write) of Hindi and Urdu Language.
For Department of Education:
- Bachelor degree in any subject with Bachelor’s in Law from recognized university/institute.
OR
Five years integrated graduate degree in Law from a recognized university/institute.
- Two years experience as Legal Practitioner or experience in handling legal work in a Govt. department.
For Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC):
- Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Three years experience as Legal Practitioner or one years experience of legal work in Government Department.
For Department of Law Justice and Legislative Affairs & Department of Trade & Taxes:
- Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Two years experience as Legal Practitioner or one year experience in handling legal work in a Government Department / PSU.
For Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB):
- Possessing Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent
- Three Years (03) experience at Bar.
For Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from recognized University/Institution.
- Four years experience as Legal Practitioner, or four years experience in handling legal work in a Government Department/Public Sector Undertaking.
For Other Departments:
- Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Two (2) years experience.
