Blood Cell:
For Lab Technician:
- Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University/Institute Recognized By Central Government or State Government.
- Registration From Up State Medical Faculty.
- Experience: For Degree In Medical Laboratory Technology: At Least 6 (Six) Months Laboratory Work Experience in The Testing Of Blood And / Its Component.
For Diploma In Medical Laboratory Technology: At Least 1 (One) Year Laboratory Work Experience in The Testing of Blood And / Its Component.
Community Process (CP):
For Lab Technician:
- Class 12th (Intermediate) Passed from any Board/Collage.
- Diploma or Certified Course in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University/Institute Recognized By Central Government or State Government.
- Registration From Up State Medical Faculty.
Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) – (NPPCF):
For Lab Technician:
- Class 12th (Intermediate) Passed from any Board/Collage.
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University/Institute Recognized By Central Government or State Government.
- Registration From Up State Medical Faculty.
Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) – (NPCDCS):
For Lab Technician:
- Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University/Institute Recognized By Central Government or State Government.
- Registration From Up State Medical Faculty.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer.
- Experience: At least 2 (Two) Years Working Experience In Large Hospital.
National Program (NP):
For Lab Technician:
- Class 12th (Intermediate) Passed from any Board/Collage.
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University/Institute Recognized By Central Government or State Government.
- Registration From Up State Medical Faculty.
- Experience: 1 (One) Year experience in NTEP or Sputum Smear Microscopy.
For Senior Lab Technician:
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Medical Microbiology / Applied Microbiology / General Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry/ Biochemistry / Microbiology/ Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Life Sciences With or without DMLT.
- Registration from UP State Medical Faculty.
- Experience: 3 (Three) Years of Work experience In TB Bacteriology.
For Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course.
- Two Month Certificate Course in Computer.
- Permanent Two Wheeler Driving License & Should Be Able To Drive Two Wheeler.
For Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS):
- Graduate or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from University/Institute Recognized By Central Government or State Government.
- Two Month Certificate Course in Computer.
- Permanent Two Wheeler Driving License & Should Be Able To Drive Two Wheeler.
- Registration from UP State Medical Faculty.
