Second State Level selection Test {2nd SLST (AT)} for the post of Assistant Teachers requires the required Educational Qualification.

Assistant Teacher (Class 9-10/ Secondary):

Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation)/ Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.

4-Year degree of B.A. Ed/ B.Sc. Ed. from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.

Assistant Teacher (Class 11-12/ Higher Secondary):

Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) from a recognized University and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution

Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) with at least 50% marks (or its equivalent) from a recognized University and B.A.Ed/ B.Sc. Ed. from any NCTE-recognized institution
