With six years in the level rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in posts in the level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Bachelor degree in Engineering or its equivalent in “Electrical” or “Electronics” or ‘Electrical communication’ or ‘computer science’ or “Telecommunications’ or’ information Technology’ or ‘Instrumentation’ from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956
Passed Sections A & B of the Institution Examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India)

Degree or Diploma in Engineering from such foreign University or College or Institution and under such conditions as may be recognized by the Government for the purpose from time to time
2 Years Experience.
